1 - DEFINITIONS

The Site: refers to the BeeComwebsite, accessible at the following address: www.beecom-responsible.com

The User: refers to the visitor to the BeeCom.

2 - DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

The personal data collected on the BeeCom website website is as follows:

  • email address

The data controller will keep all data collected on its computer systems under reasonable security conditions for a period of 1 year.

2.1 - What is the purpose of the data collected by Beecom-responsible?

The personal data that you are likely to communicate to us on our websites or when you contact BeeCom, is mainly used to obtain additional information on our Services, to subscribe to the use of our solutions or other Services, to register for one of our events, canvassing, loyalty, animation, commercial information, surveys, development of new services and products, statistical studies.

Your data may also be used to enable you to benefit from all the services available on the BeeCom website. Your data may also be analysed to match our information, notifications, offers and other services to your interests as closely as possible.

3 - User rights and procedures for implementing user rights

In accordance with the regulations concerning the processing of personal data, the User has the rights listed below.

In order for the data controller to comply with the request, the User is required to provide the following information: first name, surname and email address.

The data controller is obliged to respond to the User within a maximum of 30 days.

3.1 - Right of access, rectification and to be forgotten

3.2 - Right to limit and object to data processing

Finally, the User has the right to request that the Site limit or to object to the processing of their data, without the Site being able to refuse, unless it can demonstrate the existence of legitimate and overriding reasons, which may take precedence over the interests and rights and freedoms of the User.

3.3 - Right to refer a matter to the competent supervisory authority

If the data controller decides not to respond to the User’s request, and the User wishes to contest this decision, they are entitled to refer the matter to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – “CNIL”) or any competent court.

4 - Obligations of the data controller

The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to pass it on to third parties without the User’s knowledge and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected.

If the integrity, confidentiality or security of the User’s personal data is compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the User by any means necessary.
